Behold My Face
The Lord has been speaking to me and saying, Behold My Face, Behold My Face, Behold My Face..... 7 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. 8 When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.” 9 Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation. ( Psalm 27:7-9 , New King James Version ) I did a search for the phrase My Face and found that in most references the Lord is speaking to the people and telling them that He has turned His face or hid His face from them because of their sin. Or another example is the reference made by individuals who were not able to look at His face because of the sin that they had allowed in their lives. I long to see His face because as we behold His face we are changed from glory to glory as we are in His
