Romans 4:18-22 (New International Version

18Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be." 19Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah's womb was also dead. 20Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22This is why "it was credited to him as righteousness."
Scripture note: "Power, " Greek dunatos, "power, might, ability" here is part of the character and nature of God; thus there is no possibility of his failing. In the Septuagint it sometimes has the meaning of "majestic," "splendid" and "valiant." It implies that God not only has the power but also can be counted on to use it to accomplish his purposes and keep his promises.
Praise the Lord! He is worthy of all praise, glory and honor! He is mighty and powerful! We are seeing the evidence of this in so many ways! Thank you Lord for allowing us to see Your Mighty Hand at work!! AMEN!
Just another reminder that no matter what the situation looks like, God is powerful! He can and will do what He has promised! It is not possible for Him to fail! Thank God, He is in control!!
